Compendium of Curiosities 3 - Gran Finale

  4. Stephania....this is such a lovely tag! I totally love your monoprint background. Beautiful colors! Hmm...I'm guessing that the texture paste crumbled and fell off for maybe a couple of reasons. If the background below was not totally dry before you applied the paste, that might have had an effect. And, I suspect if you heat set the texture paste too much, it could become brittle and fall off. But, you fixed it and it's beautiful! In your very first picture, where you have just the stenciled brick....it almost looks like a bee hive peeking out from within your background. I love that! But your embossed bricks are also really a nice touch. Your butterfly...gorgeous. And the die cut "thanks" really finishes it off nicely. I also wanted to THANK YOU for all of the very sweet comments you've left on my blog. I truly do love your art and think you are so talented. Your comments meant the world to me. Thanks so much for sharing yourself and your art with all of us at CC3C. <3 Candy
